LEARN TO SAY NO

Saying yes is so facile, but to fulfill what is behind yes is so delicate. It is not robotic that we accept so quickly as people ask to do something for them. There is a sympathetic feeling that we have for people to see them happy and out of any problem. Here, I am going to talk about saying No when you are on the way to fulfill your dreams when you have to fight yourself and say No to things that lead you away or halt you from the right direction. There are lots of things that make us stray while we are working on our dreams.
Say No to mobile notifications. I see people are checking it every time when their mobile phone rings. Mobile is the only thing that always remains with you. You're sleeping or awake, walking, or be in a meeting, it always alerts you of your stories. So keep it off or away when you are heading at your work.
Say No to wander while you are using Facebook or other social networks. Sometimes people are so glued to it that they keep watching things one after the other and which are of no importance. So, their time is completely wasted. Once they are finished watching all they could watch, they feel tired and their eyes are gone red and their mind is hardly ready to do anything. After being mentally tired they sleep and become very lazy physically.
Say No to PUBG and other games. Youngsters are terribly connected with this and such games. And their minds are sadly being trained to harm neighbors and people around them. They are generating negative thoughts, anxiety, and hatred in their mind. In fact, they are fueling themselves.
Say No to friends. I know it is hard to say no to friends but to be out of discipline and follow the desires may cause you late and trouble to reach your destination. When you're at work or studying, you need to keep the distance from your friends.
There are many other distractions, you may come across. But if you learn to fight with them, you will see a successful person in you very soon.
